Payments and Financial Information

Payments may be processed through PayPal and other established global payment or cryptocurrency gateways selected for their availability, security, and international acceptance.

ECU-Hub does not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, PayPal passwords, private wallet keys, or cryptocurrency wallet credentials.

Payment providers process financial information according to their own privacy policies, security procedures, legal obligations, and terms of service.

ECU-Hub may retain transaction references, payment status, payment method, order value, and limited payment information needed to confirm delivery, maintain records, investigate fraud, or respond to a dispute.

Section 4

Analytics, Cookies, and Website Technologies

ECU-Hub uses essential website technologies required for functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, account login, security, order processing, and customer preferences.

ECU-Hub may use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand website traffic, page performance, technical errors, device categories, sessions, and general visitor activity.

Analytics information is used to improve website performance, navigation, content, products, and customer experience. It is not used by ECU-Hub to sell personal information.

As of July 17, 2026, ECU-Hub does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or comparable advertising and retargeting pixels.

Current cookie configuration

As of July 17, 2026, ECU-Hub does not have a dedicated cookie consent banner enabled.

Cookie controls, analytics configuration, and consent tools may be introduced or updated as the website develops and as required for the regions in which ECU-Hub operates.

Section 5

Customer Communications and Marketing

ECU-Hub may contact customers by email regarding orders, payment verification, delivery, software activation, support, security, policy updates, or another matter connected with an existing purchase.

Support may also continue through Telegram or another communication channel voluntarily selected by the customer and available through ECU-Hub.

Promotional emails or newsletters are sent only to users who have provided the required consent or actively subscribed.

Marketing consent can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting ECU-Hub.

WPForms may be used to collect messages submitted through contact forms. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary confidential information.

Section 6

ECU Files and Technical Materials

ECU-Hub does not currently provide a general public file-upload system on the website.

When a customer voluntarily sends an ECU file, log, screenshot, device identifier, or technical material through email, Telegram, or another agreed channel, it is used only to complete the requested service or provide relevant support.

Customer files used for custom work are normally retained only for the time needed to complete and deliver the service. Where operationally practical, working copies are removed from active ECU-Hub storage after delivery, generally within approximately 24 hours.

Copies retained by email, messaging, backup, or third-party communication providers may remain subject to those providers’ technical retention systems and privacy terms.

ECU-Hub does not use customer ECU files to develop, train, publish, distribute, or market unrelated products without authorization.

Section 7

When Information May Be Shared

ECU-Hub does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Limited information may be processed by established service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the store, including:

  • WooCommerce and WordPress website systems.
  • Payment processors such as PayPal and supported cryptocurrency gateways.
  • Hosting, infrastructure, database, backup, and security providers.
  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Email, Telegram, and communication services chosen for support or delivery.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or payment providers when legally required or necessary to protect the store.

ECU-Hub aims to work only with reputable, established, and internationally recognized providers where appropriate.

Section 8

How Long Information Is Kept

Order Records

Order and transaction records may normally be retained for up to 24 months, or longer where reasonably required for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or unresolved support.

Account Information

Account information may remain while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed to maintain order history, licenses, access, or legal records.

Support Messages

Support communications may be retained while the issue is active and afterward for a limited period to document the resolution and protect both the customer and ECU-Hub.

Marketing Information

Newsletter subscription information may be retained until the user unsubscribes, withdraws consent, or the mailing list is discontinued.

Retention periods may be adjusted as ECU-Hub develops, provided that information remains protected and is not kept longer than reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.

Section 9

Data Security

ECU-Hub uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Access to customer information is limited to persons and trusted services that reasonably need it for order processing, delivery, technical support, security, or legal obligations.

No online system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their account password, email account, devices, downloads, and communication channels.

As of July 17, 2026, ECU-Hub does not use a dedicated external SMTP provider or a separately identified third-party website security service. This may change as the store’s infrastructure develops.

Section 10

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on the laws applicable to the customer, a person may have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of eligible information, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of marketing consent.

ECU-Hub may request reasonable identity or order verification before responding to a privacy request.

Some information cannot be immediately deleted when it is reasonably required to maintain transaction records, software licenses, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims.

Privacy requests may be submitted through the official Contact Us page.

Any update will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will be made to improve the platform, strengthen security, protect users, support new services, or provide a better customer experience. Protecting customer information will remain a priority.
