What is an Online ECU Tuning File Service?
An Online ECU Tuning File Service allows tuners and workshops to upload an original ECU or TCU file, select the required software modifications, complete secure checkout and receive a professionally modified file online. If the original file is unavailable, ECU-HUB can locate it using the Software or Calibration ID.
Can I order multiple ECU tuning services for the same file?
Yes. You can combine compatible services such as Stage 1, Speed Limiter Off, IMMO Off and DTC Off in one custom tuning order. ECU-HUB reviews the selected combination before processing.
Is my original ECU or TCU file uploaded before payment?
No. Selecting or dropping a file does not upload it immediately. It stays on your device until you continue, then uploads securely before checkout.
What information is required when I select “Get the File for Me”?
Enter the available Software ID, Calibration ID or known file name. This Online ECU Tuning flow is ID-based, so vehicle make, model, year and other vehicle fields are not required here.
What does the $20 original-file deposit mean?
The $20 amount is credited toward sourcing the correct original ECU or TCU file. If the required file costs more, ECU-HUB confirms availability and sends an invoice for the remaining balance before processing.
Can I buy or request the original file separately?
Yes. You can browse the ECU Files catalog, send a request through Contact Us, or open the Telegram order bot @ECUHubOrderBot.
Why is Other Custom Request charged as a $20 deposit?
Custom ECU or TCU software work varies by request and file type. The $20 deposit starts the technical review and is credited toward the final solution. Any remaining balance is confirmed and invoiced before work begins.
What happens if two selected services may not be compatible?
The configurator shows a clear warning without deleting your choices. ECU-HUB reviews the exact ECU or TCU software and confirms the correct solution before processing.
