This page explains how ECU files, software, tools, and custom services are delivered after a successful purchase through ECU-Hub.

Digital Products Only

ECU-Hub sells digital automotive products and provides digitally delivered technical services. No physical product is shipped unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise.

Delivery terms can differ by product. Customers must review the complete product description, delivery method, download period, and download limits before completing a purchase.

Delivery Methods

How ECU-Hub Products Are Delivered

Products are divided into immediate digital downloads and products that require manual processing, activation, or preparation.

Immediate Digital Downloads

Original ECU files, modified ECU files, and other products clearly described as available immediately after payment are delivered after the payment has been successfully confirmed.

The download link is normally sent to the email address entered during checkout. Registered customers may also be able to access eligible downloads from their ECU-Hub account.

Manually Processed Products

Software, tools, licenses, and products that are not expressly marked for immediate download may require manual review, preparation, activation, or communication with the customer.

We generally aim to complete this process within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed.

Custom ECU Services

Custom file modifications begin only after successful payment confirmation and after the customer provides the original file and any required vehicle, ECU, calibration, and service information.

Supported requests are generally completed within 24 hours. The time may vary depending on file complexity, supplied information, technical requirements, and current workload.

Software Setup and Activation

When a software product requires installation or individual activation, our team may guide the customer through downloading, installing, activating, launching, and checking the purchased tool.

The process continues within the supported product scope until the supplied software has been properly installed and its basic operation has been verified on the customer’s device.

Payment Verification

Delivery Begins After Confirmed Payment

ECU-Hub does not begin product preparation, activation, manual processing, or custom work until the payment has been received and successfully verified.

Card, PayPal, bank-related, and cryptocurrency payments may require verification before delivery. Cryptocurrency orders are considered paid only after the funds have been correctly received and the transaction can be verified.

Delivery may be withheld when a payment remains pending, incomplete, reversed, invalid, or appears to involve manipulation, fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or an attempt to avoid the normal payment process.

Email Is the Primary Delivery Method

Customers must provide a valid and accessible email address during checkout.

Email Delivery

Download links, order information, software instructions, activation details, and custom files are normally sent to the email address associated with the order.

Alternative Communication Channels

When requested by the customer and available through ECU-Hub, an additional communication or delivery channel may be used, such as Telegram.

Customer Information

Incorrect Email Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address.

If an incorrect email address was entered, the customer should contact ECU-Hub immediately and provide the order details and any requested proof of payment or ownership.

After verification, ECU-Hub may correct the order information and resend the product or delivery instructions to the correct email address.

ECU-Hub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, inaccessible, inactive, or misspelled contact information supplied by the customer.

Download Access

Download Periods and Limits

Digital products may have a limited access period, a limited number of downloads, or both.

  • The applicable download period and download limit may differ between products.
  • Customers must read the relevant product page before purchase and use the download access within the stated limits.
  • Access is not automatically extended or renewed after the stated period expires or the permitted number of downloads has been exhausted.
  • A product may remain visible in the customer account while its download access is subject to separate expiration or usage limits.
Order Completion

When an Order Is Considered Delivered

A digital order is considered delivered when ECU-Hub makes the download available, sends the delivery information to the customer’s registered email address, provides access through the customer account, or sends the product through an agreed alternative channel.

Delivery does not depend on whether the customer immediately opens, downloads, installs, activates, or uses the supplied product.

Once ECU-Hub has provided access for the stated period and download allowance, ECU-Hub is not responsible for the customer’s failure to download or retain the product before that access expires.

Delivery Assistance

What to Do If Delivery Is Missing

Customers who do not receive an expected download link, activation message, or manually delivered product should contact ECU-Hub directly.

Please include the available order number, the email address used during checkout, the payment method, and proof of payment when requested.

ECU-Hub will review the order, verify the payment and delivery status, and provide assistance when the order has been successfully paid and the customer’s information can be confirmed.

Additional Terms

Digital delivery does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund Policy.

Product use, customer responsibilities, account activity, payment obligations, and limitations of liability are also governed by the Terms & Conditions.
